Registration Information
About the Booths
Booth spaces are 8'x8' and include 1 table and 2 chairs provided by Rod Library. Booth spaces are $40 each, and up to 2 adjacent spaces may be purchased by a single exhibitor. Vendor preference will be taken into consideration when assigning booth placement, but we cannot guarantee you will be placed in your desired spot. Tables will be roughly 2'x5', but will vary depending on availability. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to an online payment form. Payments must be received by February 1st, 2027.
Booth Requests
You may purchase up to 2 adjacent booths. View the booth configurations and current exhibitor assignments on our Exhibition Floor page (opens in a new window). If you wish to be located in a certain area, please use the checkboxes below to note those booths. You can also make requests for electricity or any special needs in the Additional Comments block at the bottom of this form. Special requests will be accommodated to the best of our abilities.
