Registration for RodCon 2025 is now open!!!
Complete the form below to submit your application for RodCon 2025. You will be notified by January 13th, 2025 whether your application has been accepted. Once you have been accepted, you will receive a link to an online payment form. Reservation of space is not complete until the Rod Library has received payment for your booth(s).

Registration Information
About the Booths
Booth spaces are 8'x8' and include 1 table and 2 chairs provided by Rod Library. Booth spaces are $40 each, and up to 2 adjacent spaces may be purchased by a single exhibitor. Vendor preference will be taken into consideration when assigning booth placement, but we cannot guarantee you will be placed in your desired spot. Tables will be roughly 2'x5', but will vary depending on availability. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to an online payment form. Payments must be received by January 31st, 2025.
Booth Requests
You may purchase up to 2 adjacent booths. View the booth configurations and current exhibitor assignments on our Exhibition Floor page (opens in a new window). If you wish to be located in a certain area, please use the checkboxes below to note those booths. You can also make requests for electricity or any special needs in the Additional Comments block at the bottom of this form. Special requests will be accommodated to the best of our abilities.
Terms & Conditions
Completion of this application to be a vendor at RodCon does not guarantee a space in Artist’s Alley. You will be notified by January 13th, 2025 whether your application has been accepted. Once you have been accepted, you will receive a link to an online payment form. Reservation of space is not complete until the Rod Library has received payment for your booth(s). By applying to be a vendor at RodCon you are agreeing to abide by all campus policies. The RodCon Committee reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s application due to availability, policy violation, or other concerns as they arise.
By completing the vendor registration form you agree to the following terms: Rod Library reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove any material deemed inappropriate or offensive at the Rod Library's sole discretion. Failure to comply will result in exhibitor's removal. The Rod Library cannot be help responsible for any theft of/damages to artwork or other materials displayed. Vendors on UNI campus are not allowed to use UNI wifi to complete purchases. Vendors must be prepared to provide their own hotspot or cellular data to complete financial transactions.
All vendors assume responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of activities on the Rod Library’s premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Rod Library, and the University of Northern Iowa, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
RodCon vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
