Kids' Zone

Kids' Zone runs from 10-3 in the Youth Collection (3rd floor). This year the activities include:

UNI Art Education students will provide engaging art activities ranging from creating your own Wild Robot puppet, crafting “wicked witch” masks, and designing evil villain “Wanted posters”!  You have the opportunity to practice your anime drawing skills with experts, fold an animal crossing bookmark or construct your very own mini book. Wait, you love fantasy? Design a fantasy map or a pirate puppet and a ship for him to sail away in! Come ready to explore over ten art and literacy activities!

Want to get silly and act out a story- take a minute to make silly wearable gear to look like your favorite character or enjoy time in our GIANT shadow puppet theater located in the Tree Room on the 3rd floor.
