Exhibitor Policies
By completing the vendor registration form you agree to the following terms: Rod Library reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove any material deemed inappropriate or offensive at the Rod Library's sole discretion. Failure to comply will result in exhibitor's removal. The Rod Library cannot be held responsible for any theft of/damages to artwork or other materials displayed.
Completion of this application to be a vendor at RodCon does not guarantee a space in Artist’s Alley. You will be notified by February 3th, 2023 whether your application has been accepted. Once you have been accepted, you will receive a link to an online payment form. Reservation of space is not complete until the Rod Library has received payment for your booth(s). Payment may be made online, or by check or cash. Checks should be made out to “UNI Rod Library” with “RodCon 2023” in the memo line. Payments may be sent to “Rod Library, Attn: RodCon Committee, 1227 W 27th St, Cedar Falls, IA, 50614-3675.” You will be notified of confirmation of your reservation once payment has been received. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at rodcon@uni.edu(link sends e-mail). By applying to be a vendor at RodCon you are agreeing to abide by all campus policies. The RodCon Committee reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s application due to availability, policy violation, or other concerns as they arise. RodCon vendor registration fees (including fees for additional tables) are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
